World Bipolar Day
World Bipolar Day, March 30th, is an international event that takes place worldwide, raising concerns and removing the stigma commonly associated with the disorder.
Many people's lives are affected by bipolar disorder. The global observance focuses on how bipolar disorder affects the lives of many. It also serves as a salute to those who have dedicated to coping with the condition's challenges.. The day's aim is to raise global awareness of bipolar disorder as well as eliminate the stigma associated with it..
Bipolar disorder is a brain disorder that causes unexpected shifts in mood, energy, and a person's physical activity levels. Often people with the disorder will have a difficult time doing everyday activities.
Bipolar disorder accounts for 1 to 2% of the global population. And yet, the effect goes far beyond the numbers.
Multiple foundations joined forces to address enduring challenges as a result of the numbers. The public is encouraged to participate in the campaigns as collaboration expands. Hope is just around the corner.
The dialogue between researchers and advocacy organizations is what makes this observance so unique. They are continuing to find new ways to live with the disease. The observance is a chance to remind those living with the day-to-day challenges of this illness that they are not alone. They have your love, and there is always hope.
