National Do Something Nice Day

Every year on October 5, people around the country observe National Do Something Nice Day.

#dosomethingniceday

This observance is very similar to National Random Acts of Kindness Day, which is celebrated on February 17.

Everyone could live their lives doing kind things on a daily basis and without worrying about it. It would be great if everyone lived their lives doing it without worrying about it. We all get caught up in our fast-paced lives. However, kindness should never be sacrificed in order to advance in the world. Kindness doesn't require grand gestures. However, when appropriate, those are also acceptable..

We have the ability to change the course of a person's day by being courteous in a matter of seconds. The individual's day in question may even be our own.. Here are a few things that take little time at all and almost no effort:: These are all things that take no time at all and require almost no effort.

  • Noticing someone's voice in traffic and allowing them to enter your lane, you will be able to get them into your lane
  • On your daily walk, pick up the neighbor's newspaper and placing it within easy reach
  • Another individual is able to open a door for another individual
  • Those with only three items will be given your ticket in line
  • Tipping your service employees an extra dollar or two more than you would expect.
  • Give a compliment
  • Provide a student with a suggestion for a solution
  • Read to a child
  • Listen to someone who is lonely

Do something nice day how to do something nice day.

Do something nice. The something can be anything from buying a cup of coffee for someone in line at the coffee shop to complimenting the gruesome clerk to the tired clerk.. Perhaps the day calls for sending flowers with a card that says "just because," or asking the neighbors over for a barbecue in the backyard, or mowing the lawn for someone.'
