National Make A Dog's Day
On October 22, Subaru makes a Dog's Day, a Subaru holiday that encourages dog-lovers from around the world to go the extra mile for their pup.
#makeadogsday
Animal lovers around the world are being encouraged today to adopt a pet rather than buying a new one. We encourage everyone to visit a shelter to see why adopting a four-legged friend will make the world a better place.
Although adoption figures continue to decrease, approximately 3.1 million dogs per year enter shelters in the United States annually, with some being euthanized by their owners. Worse still, around 15% of the animals that enter shelters are euthanized. If you adopt a dog
- Saving a life
- Animal cruelty in breeding facilities is being outlawed
- Saving money for spaying, neutering, vaccination, and occasionally microchipping is often used
- Choosing from a large number of dog breeds that are traditionally house-trained is often difficult
- Adopting a dog that has received outstanding care in the shelter means they are healthy
If a dog could talk
Adoption is just one way to make a dog's day.. If your favorite canine companion could talk, they might suggest that going for an extra-long walk would make their day. We're sure that going for an extra-long walk would make their day. When was the last time you visited the dog park? Of course, a new chew toy could make their list.. They just want to play some days. Throw the ball right now! Don't avoid scratching the itch, as it tops the list of fur babies around the world.
If you're looking for your new furry friend, keeping your dog healthy is an act of unspoken love between you and your pup However, if they haven't, they should:
- With your veterinarian, schedule regular check-ups for your dog.. Choose a time that suits you and your new animal friend.
- Your dog should be vaccinated according to what they need. Your doctor will make the correct recommendations to help you choose the right vaccinations to help you decide on the most important vaccinations
- Spay or neuter your dog is the right option for you. Beyond the health benefits, unplanned puppies' population in shelters has increased

A dog's day in the United States is a national make a dog's day history
This year, 2022 is the fourth annual National Make A Dog's Day. #MakeADogsDay has reached 68 million people and has helped find homes for nearly 60,000 dogs since its inception.
Subaru has a long history of helping animals in need. Subaru has contributed more than $42 million to national and local charities to assist the rescue, transport, and adoption of nearly 350,000 pets since 2008, thanks in large part to Subaru's Loves PetsTM campaign.
They have found another way to make a difference as part of Subaru Loves Pets month in October and the company's lifetime commitment to loving animals.. With a passion for animals and caring for animals everywhere as a key pillar of the Subaru Love Promise, the automaker has continued to honor the canine friends who need it most.
Subaru advocates for adopting from pet organizations year-round, according to Alan Bethke.. However, Subaru's October is particularly notable for the company. They dedicate the entire month to uniting pets around the country with the loving homes they deserve. In addition, Bethke says, "Our Subaru family is incredibly passionate about animal rights, and we're proud to help make the world a safer place for pets everywhere."
