What is International Nurses Day?

Around the world, May 12 (the anniversary of Florence Nightingale's birth in 1820) is observed around the world. (IND) is a registered charity worldwide. The day is set aside to celebrate and note nurses' many contributions to society. At some of their lives' most difficult times, nurses care for our loved ones. They may run short of time but not compassion.
International Nurses Day is a week-long commemoration in Australia, Canada, the United States, and other nations. International Nurses Day is often associated with a week-long celebration, often referred to as National Nurses Week.
