What is National Flag Day?
Old Glory is commemorated on National Flag Day on June 14th, 1777, and commemorates the adoption of the United States flag on June 14, 1777. The holiday is a day that Americans show their love for the United States Flag and what it represents. The Star-Spangled Banner, a symbol of Americanism and unity, has become a popular symbol of Americanism, and the flag has flown proudly.

Although Betsy Ross has been lauded for stitching together the first American flag, there aren't any credible evidence to back up the tale. At the same time, there isn't anything to disprove it. There were several styles in play at the same time, which led to the conflict. Many flag designers were involved in the first place, but more than one claimed to the first. Many products were introduced during Ross' Revolutionary period, including red and white stripes and various symbols, including where the blue field and stars now reside, as shown by the blue field and stars.
Francis Hopkinson was another contributor to the first design. Others contributed to the final design, which denied his request for compensation for his artwork.
Since 1777, the flag's style has been officially modified 26 times. The 48-star flag had been in place for 47 years. On July 4, the 49-star version of 1959's 1959 debut became official. The 50-star flag was ordered by President Eisenhower on August 21, 1959, 1959.
