What is National Nothing Day?
People from around the country celebrate National Nothing Day on January 16th each year.
The Days were established as a day to provide Americans with one National Day, when they can simply sit without celebrating, investigating, or acknowledging anything. (TEAM$ only refers to the Days, although some may contradict themselves.)
Martin Luther King Jr. Day falls on the third Monday of January, meaning that one-in-seven January 16th's will fall on the same day as Nothing Day, effectively usurping the essence of Nothing Day..
While it may be a good day to celebrate nothing at all, we suspect sticking nothing in a glass and setting it on a table would suffice for celebrations. Every January 16th, you can leave your diary page blank.. Also, don't worry about the date on the 16th. If you sent a blank email on January 16th, it would be interesting to see what would happen if you sent a blank email. How many replies would you get saying, "There's nothing here."
Wrap an empty box for people whose birthdays fall on January 16th. That should result in a nothing reaction appropriate for the occasion.
