What is National Pie Day?
On January 23rd, the nation's favorite desserts, National Pie Day, will be commemorated. Pie in about every form makes a crowd happy, no matter how you slice it. Fruit pies, berry pies, cream pies – they are delectable servings of homemade goodness.

The pie is simply commemorated on National Pie Day.' Everyone is invited to bake their favorite pie, but more importantly, the day reminds us to enjoy eating pies! Will it be in a mode? The only other thing you should ask is whether it will be al a mode.
Did you know that the first pies appeared in the Egyptian Neolithic period or New Stone Age around 9500 BC? So, humans have been eating pies for a long time. We shouldn't have a problem finding one we love among so many to choose from.. We commemorate the day twice a year (more than their cousin National Pi Day) after all.
