What is World Rat Day?
Every year on April 4th, this solitary rodent is commemorated on World Rat Day. It's also a day to advertise the possibility of owning rats as pets.

The rat is considered a very intelligent animal, which you may not know is that it is a very intelligent animal. Some people keep rats as pets because they are so smart. Rats are tamed quickly and are therefore easy to care for. Rats are also extremely curious, social, and full of personality.. These rodents are great pets because of all of these features. Rat owners should be aware that these animals, like most pets, need exercise. At least every day for about an hour, owners should pull them out of the cage at least once a day for about an hour.
