When is National Dolphin Day?

National Dolphin Day is held each year on April 14th in honor of the aquatic's social and intelligent animals.

Dolphins are cetacean mammals that are closely related to whales and porpoises. Dolphins are one of almost forty species in 17 genera, ranging from 4 feet to 30 feet; dolphins are one of nearly forty species in 17 genera. They prefer the shallower seas of the continental shelves around the world.
