When is National I Forgot Day?

Sunday July 2nd

Who were you supposed to wish a happy birthday to today? Did you miss it? Did you forget? If you did, then today is fitting for you. National I Forgot Day is July 2nd. The I Forgot Day is celebrated on July 2nd. This day is one to simply not remember. Now is it! If you've ever wished you had an excuse for those things you somehow let slip your mind. Today is the day of the United States by simply allowing yourself to forget.

forgot to remember

Some people celebrate today a bit differently. Making good with all of the things/days/events that you didn't recognize is another way to celebrate National I Forgot Day. Send a note or greeting to the person or family that has "forgotten" it.

Forget it! A third and final way to commemorate National I Forgot Day is to access any bad memory you have accumulated (or if you are just having a bad day) and simply – FORGET it!

History of the national i forgot day has dominated national i forgot day

Gaye Anderson of DeMotte, Indiana, is the originator of National I Forgot Day. She created this special day because of a time in her life where she was having a difficult time recalling things. She created this day to chill and just let herself relax rather than getting flustered. Forget-it. Gaye doesn't exactly remember (believe it or not!) when she created this day, but believes it must have been about ten or so years ago. Whether you believe it or not!)
