When is National Iowa Day?

The 29th state to join the United States is known for its fertile prairie, rolling hills, inspiring young people, and some nostalgic movie moments. Iowa's history, beauty, and hospitality have flourished, from the Mississippi River to the harvests in Plymouth, Harrison, or Fremont counties.
The state was named for Iowa Native Americans who populated the area after the European Union drove Eastern tribes westward.
The Louisiana Purchase, Iowa Territory Accordance, Acquired, was not established until the 1830s, but it didn't begin until about the 1830s.
