History is a product of global logic day history

On January 14th, 2019, the Logica Universalis Association encouraged logicians around the world to co-ordinate independent activities. Around 66 events were held in 33 different countries, including the logician community. The UNESCO Executive Board suggested a proclamation for this day in the summer of 2019. Thanks to the success of this first World Logic Day, the UNESCO Executive Board suggested a proclamation for this day. On November 26, 2019, the 40th General Conference declared January 14th to be World Logic Day on November 26, 2019.

Each year, the International Council for Philosophy and Human Sciences (CIPSH) coordinates the conference.
